Implied Line
Implied Line, defiened as, a line in an artwork that is not physically there but suggested by points in the artwork. Madonna and Child, the name of the artwork to the left, created by Titian, indicated that the implied line is the where the mother is looking down at her child, and the child is looking down to it's right. You can't see the line where the eye sight is going from both the mother, and child, but you figure its there because of the way the eyes are directing their sight.
